Thread Guidelines
If you want to start an RP, you have to make a new thread to contain it. Depending on what kind of RP you want, the prefix to the thread will be different.
[Public] - For an RP where anyone can join. You can also have limits for how many characters are allowed to join, if you want, and if you have the max amount of players you wish to have for your scene you can change the prefix to [Public - Full] <--- SOMETHING LIKE THAT
[Private] - For RPs with predestined characters, either decided upon through contacting the members directly or from the Vending Area. Only the people invited will be allowed to join this RP. People will still be able to read your RP, however, but if they were not invited to it then they are not allowed to post.
The first post of each thread MUST contain the following:
Location: Town/Map
Limit: Character limit if desired
Players (if private): Name of characters involved
And any additional info which may help reinforce the setting or point of the RP. Anywhere from "OUT CAMPING YAAY" to "It's approximately 5AM and the weather is cold... etcetc." Especially if it's a public RP, so the players know what it is going on or what may be expected from the characters before joining. |
